This has gone far enough. The curse is not getting better, it's getting worse. Let me give you a few accounts of what happened this weekend with college roomie Gayle.
1. Buca di Beppo - Fabulous food, if you haven't been there, you need to go. Just make sure you wear a trash bag and not your nice khaki pants. That was Gayle's first mistake. She didn't realize that the waiter carrying her food had intentions of putting the large plate of spaghetti and meatballs in her lap instead of on the table. The true horror of the situation was realized when it dawned on us that we had a nice luncheon to attend the next afternoon at The Grand America Hotel (super fancy hotel, for those who've never been there). The pants Gayle was wearing were the only pants she brought with her to attend this event. Uh oh.
2. Cafe Pierpont - Once again, the food was great ... when we finally got it. As we sat down at our table, the family next to us said "You're in for a long night, it took us an hour to get our food. It's her first night on the job." Oh great. Luckily it didn't take us that long to get our food, but just to get a glass of water was like pulling teeth! I had to ask the waitress FOUR times to bring us some water. Refills? None. And by some magical occurrence Brandon's burrito was ordered with extra jalapenos and they tried to charge us an extra $1.95 for them. He doesn't eat jalapenos ... trust me, you DON'T want him to eat jalapenos.
Other than that, the weekend was really fun. I think we should make it mandatory to have visits from college friends at least once a month.

You know your purse is too heavy when you set it down on the passenger seat in your car and it makes the seatbelt sign flash. Maybe I ought to clean some stuff out of there. But I can't, I need everything!

Really Molly!?! You have to tell me the details. That would be a dream of mine. If you ever need me to help pick out shoes to buy ... I'm your girl.
I think you forgot to mention that the curse was intensified this weekend because I HAVE IT, TOO.
wow girl! you're getting closer to having your christmas shopping done! good job!
i bought part of a gift yesterday . . . does that count?
We are done Christmas shopping. I am so happy to me done.
It doesn't matter what mu hubby (Gabe) eats. He farts any time anywhere.
I have a nice size purse and I can fit a ton of my shit in there that I need. Who knew I would need 4 empty film containers in my purse. When the kids get bored I take them out and squeeze them. The lid pops off and flies. It is quite fun. But not so fun when my 3 year old son Sean aimes it at someone at Costco and hits them in the butt.
