So, this post is dedicated solely to my love of shoes.
Observe:
It started out all innocent-like. A few shoes here, a few shoes there.
Stopping by a shoe store "just to take a look" provides much joy for me.
Then, things kinda got out of control.
Now, the shoes control me. I no longer have the power to refuse a pair of cute shoes.
I believe all 60 pairs of my shoes are accounted for in these pictures. I try to keep most of my shoes in their shoe boxes. It provides for much easier organization. I did have more shoes at one point in time. Sadly, the husband put an end to it. We made a deal that for every pair of shoes I buy, I must in-turn get rid of a pair of old ones. This worked out well in the beginning. I had lots of old shoes that I didn't wear. I'm now getting to the point that I no longer have shoes to give away. I really do wear them all! Some may question that I actually wear all of these shoes. Therefore I have developed something new:
From now on all of my posts will feature a picture of "The Shoe of the Day." The pair of shoes featured happens to be the pair of shoes I am wearing on that particular day.

I did a blog about my shoes as well. It's amazing how many shoes you have once you start trying to take pictures of them. You do lots of shoes though!!!

My LORD - if I took a picture of my closet in its current state, I would be banned from the universe.. and the shoes are all over the house, instead of in the closet. I bow down to your shoe organization skills.
those shoes are cute! the older i've gotten, the more i've gotten into shoes. however, being a size 11 has its drawbacks, as usually stores only have tenny's for that size... or the cute shoe suddenly isn't so cute in a size 11.

Love the shoes - you are my hero! When I come back, I have decided that I will let you take me shoe shopping. I am terrible at it! :) I get confused and overwhelmed and end up getting frustrated and leaving the store emptyhanded... Lori, help!

*though the first thing i do w/ a new pair of shoes is throw out the box! (my mom used to organize ALL of her shoes in their boxes at the top of her closet too, and now i'm having flashbacks...)
