I had the honor of being interviewed by Tabitha Jane. Feel free to read, ask your own questions, and let me know if you would like for me to interview you!
1. you have to choose between staying in utah forever or never having a clean house again. which do you choose and why?
The answer to this question is way too easy. I would stay in Utah forever rather than have a dirty house forever. Unless of course by "forever" you mean for all eternity, which in that case would mean that I would be in hell by living in Utah for eternity instead of heaven when I die. It would also be hell to live in a dirty house for all eternity. Maybe it's not as easy of a question as I thought ...
2. you are bridget jones. do you choose colin firth's character or hugh grant's character to be yours forever? why?
The answer to this question should be a given, considering the fact that Bridget Jones chooses the most obvious "good-guy" in her situation. I would have chosen the opposite. Though I prefer Colin Firth's look to Hugh Grant, I would have to say Hugh Grant. His character is the un-conquerable man! The one who claims he will never settle down, the rebel if you will. How great would that be to be the one woman in the world he chooses to settle down for? Way more exciting than going to Colin Firth, who has already been married once.
3. what is one thing you wish you could change about your work?
MY BOSS! Above all things he is the worst boss in the world. He does have a good heart, like if I was in financial trouble he would be there to help in a heartbeat. But as a boss, he micro-manages everything I do. He tries to tell me how to manage our website when he himself has no idea how to even use a computer, much less surf the web! He has a horrible temper. He yells and screams, cusses at everyone and blames us for mistakes which are his fault. He is so hypocritical about communication. The one thing he wants us to do is to communicate in the office. We do a good job of it, but he can't ever remember anything we tell him, so he blames us for not "communicating" with him. It's so enfuriating. I love the work I do, it's great, but my boss is horrible.
4. can you remember the last dream you had? tell us about it.
Hmmmm, the last dream I remember... I'm having a hard time with this one. Uhhhh ... I haven't been sleeping well latley so I haven't had a lot of vivid and weird dreams. I've been stressed at work for the past couple of weeks, so I have dreams I'm a work. It really sucks. I'll let you all know when I have another weird one. Sorry!
5. god wakes you up in the middle of the night and tells you that s/he will do one thing for you. whatever you ask, god will do it. what do you ask for?
Wow, this is a very hard question. There are so many things I could ask for to help humanity, ease peace and suffering, stop war ... but I think I'm going to have to be selfish on this one. I would travel in time. There are so many things I want to see in the past and future. I want to see the miracle of Jesus, I want to be there when our country was founded, I want to see what it was like for Neil Armstrong to walk on the moon, I want to see my parents and grandparents growing up, I want to meet my husband's mom who died when he was eight, I want to change some of the mean things I've said and done to the people I love. I want to see my grandchildren's children grow up, I want to see the first woman President, I want to see what causes the greatest country in the world to fall, I want to see what it's like when Jesus comes back to this earth.

i had an idea you would say something about your boss . . . i used to have a horrid boss too. he was so up and down with his emotions and so sarcastic but he didn't seem to be able to take a joke. jeesh.
i understand your point about the hugh/colin issue . . . but i would have to say that i would choose colin and here's why. the way he LOOKS AT HER. wow. i would give anything for someone to look at me that way. those steady brown eyes staring straight into you. yeah . . .
great answers! good to get to know you better! thanks for playing my game!
It was fun, Tabitha! I really had to think about some of those questions ... good job on the questions!
Will you interview me, Loo?? :)
I enjoyed your response to the final question, and your intitial response reminded me of Dr. Faustus when Faustus asks Mephistopheles why he isn't in hell. Mephistopheles basically says "Hey, pal, after seeing heaven, this place earth *is* hell."
I need to be interviewed!
I would love to interview you all. I will post on your blog when your questions are ready. You in-turn must also offer to interview people once you have posted the answers to your questions.
